We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. A storm caused a power line to break. We did not lose power, but there was much sparking. We reported to Duke. They sent someone out to fix the line. They had to chop the top half of a tree down to reach the line with a cherry picker. They through all the debris in our backyard. In calling around, to remove this tree debris will cost $400-$650. We do not have the funds for this. If we hadn't called, we would not have incurred this cost. I called Duke to investigate this very tree months back, as it seemed to be leaning on wires. The technician said there was no problem with the tree. Not several months later, the line is hit, and we have to pay money to remove the debris
