Sidewalk in front of house has degraded to a point that it is dangerous if someone used a scooter in the dark along this stretch, or even walking. Next time the owner applies to renew the rental permit, please stipulate that the current sidewalk be taken up and a fresh one poured to match the rest of that block and remove the current hazard.
This is on 6th Street between Walnut and Washington Streets on the north side of the road on the northwest corner of the alleyway. The sidewalk is raised above a 1/2" (ADA says less) making it hard for a manual wheelchair to get over it. Must go around the block or out into the street. Can it be smoothed down or asphalt added to make it beveled?

On Walnut Street the sidewalk near the railroad is covered in glass pieces, which is a hazard for people and animals making the sidewalk inaccessible for dog walking. There is also often glass in the grass between the sidewalk and the road, which again is a hazard for animals.
Ever since John Hamilton got into office, street service has been terrible and today is no exception. I walked Lincoln from 10th to 6th and was slipping all over because there was no salt or sand and there was at least 2” of snow on the street. I don’t dare take my car out for fear of getting stuck, which is bad because I have meds to pick up. Please see to this ASAP. Thank you.
This sidewalk is uneven and cracked and makes it impossible to wheel anything on the pavement. The ground is covered in dirt and leaves which makes passage in the rain hazardous. It also floods in the rain.

Hi there, I am living at 311 E. 10th street and to the east of the house, is a public alley road for cars to drive back to the parking lots behind the houses in that vicinity. Over the past few months, we have seen increase sizes of the existing potholes that were there probably from last winter or just erosion over time. This alley way is a gravel drive so as cars continue to drive on it, the potholes get bigger and deeper. I was seeing if there is a possibility before the winter to get the holes filled in with asphalt or gravel to prevent our sedans from bottoming out and scraping the ground with our cars. I know that this alley road is a popular road for the tenants that live within a few houses of the alley because it is one of the main access points to the parking lot in the back of the houses. I would appreciate if someone could reach out to me to even see if it is possible to accomplish before the first snow fall this year. 526 N Lincoln. I had a nasty trip on the uneven sidewalk in front of this address today. maybe this should be looked at?
