Hello, I am writing to inquire about whether the sidewalk on the east side of S. Jackson St. between 3rd and 4th streets can be repaired. As a person with a visual impairment, I have a terrible time walking on the sidewalk in this location, which is in the block where my house is. The sidewalk is very uneven, with tripping hazards throughout its course due to decay. If I didn't have a visual impairment, it would certainly be easier to walk on this part of the sidewalk, but I know that others with no visual impairment also have a difficult time because of the deteriorated surface. Large rubble and pothole developed after last snow on Woodhill Drive in West Pointe subdivision. A similar situation is occurring at the top of the hill at the corner with Winridge Ct. The road is coming apart in chunks.

Intersection of Westminster and Westminster Way West. Large potholes and flooding EVERYTIME it rains. Asphalt disintegrating. Notified through website last year following a tow and service of auto required because of existing problems. Also, HOA has inquired, but to no avail. Handicap cannot use this sidewalk nor can they cross road.
