Hello, I am writing to inquire about whether the sidewalk on the east side of S. Jackson St. between 3rd and 4th streets can be repaired. As a person with a visual impairment, I have a terrible time walking on the sidewalk in this location, which is in the block where my house is. The sidewalk is very uneven, with tripping hazards throughout its course due to decay. If I didn't have a visual impairment, it would certainly be easier to walk on this part of the sidewalk, but I know that others with no visual impairment also have a difficult time because of the deteriorated surface. Sidewalk raised. Weeds and grass growing
Last week my grandmother, Linda Gast, was walking near the Crescent Park Condos on John Hinkle Place across from the post office. She tripped on uneven sidewalk and fell and broke her arm. This break required an ED visit and surgery that included a metal plate and several screws. This sidewalk is near Bell Trace, where she lives, and a lot of older people are using the sidewalks in this area. We would really like to see some attention given to this sidewalk in order to prevent others from being injured.

The HVAC system by the northernmost entrance of the Showers Building is painfully loud. I hope a fix is being prioritized, because even from the sidewalk, it's extremely bothersome. Many concerns by County field staff who frequently use that entrance. Thank you!
Intersection of Westminster and Westminster Way West. Large potholes and flooding EVERYTIME it rains. Asphalt disintegrating. Notified through website last year following a tow and service of auto required because of existing problems. Also, HOA has inquired, but to no avail. Handicap cannot use this sidewalk nor can they cross road.
Caller wanted us to know there is a hole in the sidewalk on Fairview between Patterson & Allen (next to the playground at the Great Harvest Church). He said is is large enough that someone could trip and get injured.
