Resurfacing of Grandview Hills Neighborhood roads took place this year. However, the job looks incomplete. Resurfacing took place on Grandview Drive, Post Road, and Staats. Very large and deep pothole. Vehicles have to move into the middle of the road and oncoming traffic to avoid it. If not fixed in a timely manor any vehicle damage invoices will be sent to your office for repayment.
In the Grandview neighborhood, especially on Post Road, the asphalt is cracked and missing in several places. Grandview Avenue seems to be all right, but in addition to Post Rd, Staats and Kerry need work.

There is a big piece of steel rebar sticking out of the sidewalk near the eastern entrance to 2427 E 2nd Street. It's become a safety issue for cars and pedestrian as many kids walk through there to get to the elementary school. Unsure if since it's an IU office if it's IU property? Stump of old sign post, very close to corner of Henderson and second, on the sidewalk on the West side of Henderson's sidewalk, north of second. My brother almost broke his toe on it when running to campus. Thanks!

We've been waiting almost 10 years for you to replace the "Claybridge Dr." street sign on the SW corner of Claybridge Dr. and Canada Dr. The street post has been empty for ages.
