City did not plow and treat streets i Hearthstone Village in either od the last two snows. Nature's Way has the contract for drive way and sidewalk snow removal in Hearthstone village has plowed the streets somewhat, but not treated them. My understanding is that these are city streets. they have always ben plowed by the city before and my understanding that these streets are city responsibility. Please correct this oversight. At the southwest corner of East Third St. at the 45-46 Bypass, there's a pile of snow that makes it difficult for pedestrians to move from the sidewalk to the crosswalk (heading east) or from the crosswalk to the sidewalk (heading west). I had to dodge briefly into the lane for cars. I know it's hard to keep all of the corners clear for pedestrians, but that's a busy corner, and even in this weather there are still some pedestrians out and about along that stretch of E. Third.

Requesting additional snow removal at the intersection of Wynndale Drive and West 3rd street. The intersection by Bounds and McPike Carpet is very slick and full of snow and ice. Cars are having trouble getting up the hill there.

There is a curb cut on Hunter Ave, it seems have serviced a vacated alley, right behind 502. S. Hawthorne. The house owners have fence the area, so perhaps they believe they own it, but GIS sees it as an alley. I was walking down west on Hunter after dark on Sunday evening, and the shrubbery shadows the street lights. Even though I have been a neighborhood resident for 2 decades, I forgot that I had to step down when on the sidewalk, and I stumbled a bit, caught myself, but then hit the curb on the other side, and fell on the sidewalk, thus abrading my right elbow and knee. I see no reason for the curb cut, and am requesting that it be filled in. We have numerous people out at night walking dogs, taking the night air, and I can imagine a more serious accident here, especially if one is elderly (at 67, I fell pretty fit.) I do feel stupid that I was not paying attention to a hazard I have been aware of for years, but there it is. I appreciate the snow removal services provided by the City. After today's snow, I noticed that the lower part of our street was clear but the cul-de-sac was not. This is the first time this has occurred. As the snow season begins I thought I would check in to make sure that it is planned that the cul-de-sac will normally receive the same services as the rest of the street. Thank you.

Because of the shadow from the concrete wall, the sun can't melt the snow on the multi-use path. This turns to ice and is too chunky to ride through.

a “road work ahead” sign has been on our property for quite awhile and it blocks our view when leaving our driveway to turn onto the street. It is also in the space that we snowplow our snow. We would like it removed as soon as possible. We live at 8735 Penn Ave S, Bloomington, MN 55431 Thank you.

407 S Grant St.: there is a serious and dangerous condition along Grant St. between Smith and 2nd streets. You crews have left 3ft trenches along a poured sidewalk. I've personally seen 3 cars fall into these trenches and receive damage. Your signage is insufficient. Please remedy this situation now or residents being hampered by this nuisance will be forced to take legal action against the city. This report will serve as notice that you are aware of the hazard you have created by failing to fix the road in a timely manner.
