About 20ft back from the southwest corner of 8th and Washington (between the street and the sidewalk) there is the bottom/stump of what was maybe a parking sign. If moving to the side to allow someone to pass on sidewalk or more likely someone getting out of the passenger side of a car could injure themselves, especially at night. Please remove or replace. Broken glass is on the sidewalk in the path of pedestrians and animals. A friend cut their foot so there is blood on the sidewalk as well.
In the past the city of Bloomington has cleared snow on the street at 1250 W Adams Hill Circle (Countryside is the cross street). Is this still the case? I've seen the company our HOA employs to clean snow, plowing this street last week and today (1/15/18). Can you confirm that this should be cleaned by the city?

The bike lane between the bus stop and sidewalk (across the street from TIS Bookstore) is filled with sand. I'm guessing the street sweepers can't get into this narrow lane, but this is dangerous for cyclists riding through here and should be cleaned up. Thanks!
Street light across the street (the west side) from 1324 North Kinser Pike is out. It is a hazard to check the mailboxes, and the whole area is VERY dark on the west side driveways, and the sidewalk on the east side.
