We received a phone call reporting that the light at the intersection of S. Walnut St. and E. Miller Dr. is changing to green on E. Miller Dr. without any vehicles waiting. He said that the green light is long and traffic backs up on S. Walnut St. He notices this issue most during the day.

These heaps of gravel can be found on E. Second, going towards the wooden foot bridge. I have no idea where they come from. However, next time there is a good downpour they will most likely be washed down the hill to the drain at the intersection of Eastside and the church parking lot, causing the intersection to flood. The street light I reported not working at 2215 E Woodstock Pl. worked fine for about 24 hours, now it is back to only working intermittently. Please send Duke Energy out for another look. Thanks, Mike Forney
