Cassie Slone owns Cherry Canary Vintage (214 W. 4th St). There's a metal plate across her sidewalk that is disintegrating and she's concerned that it's dangerous if someone steps into it. She believes that a similar sidewalk issue was repaired at the business next to her several months ago.

He wanted to emphasize that this area has been patched nearly every year for the past 5 years, and the patching crumbles and is worn away within weeks.
