We are writing to report the poor condition of the gravel street in front of our property. On our very first day of moving in, one of our vehicles got a flat tire from the state of the roadway. We are requesting that the city repair the gravel street as soon as possible to prevent further damage and to ensure safe access for residents and visitors. Thank you so much.

The east alley running beside 417 East Cottage Grove Avenue (between 417 and 421 East Cottage Grove Avenue) is in need of repair. Asphalt is a preferred method of this repair (asphalt alley entirely from Cottage Grove Avenue to 11th Street). The gravel washes out on this alley due to its grade. This message is coming from the owner of the two properties 417 and 421, Stasny & Horn, IGP. Thank you for your time and assistance with this matter.
