We are writing to report the poor condition of the gravel street in front of our property. On our very first day of moving in, one of our vehicles got a flat tire from the state of the roadway. City parcel on w Cottage Grove is overgrown and has been reported several times it's covering the sidewalk and it's the only sidewalk on the street that kids walking to school use. The weeds are also growing along the curb .

The east alley running beside 417 East Cottage Grove Avenue (between 417 and 421 East Cottage Grove Avenue) is in need of repair. Asphalt is a preferred method of this repair (asphalt alley entirely from Cottage Grove Avenue to 11th Street). The gravel washes out on this alley due to its grade.
