On the 1400 block of S Grant, there used to be a no parking sign on the west side of the street. It's no longer there. Students are coming back and they are parking on both sides of the street making it almost impassable. Thanks!

There used to be a no parking sign on the west side of Grant Street on the block just north of Hillside, but it isn't there anymore. The residents all park on the east side of the street except for some new tenants who don't know about this convention. The extra cars on the west side of the street make the street narrow enough that it would be impassable to fire trucks (and probably even the sanitation trucks).

Hello, I noticed this weekend that someone has abandoned a shopping cart across from my house. I live at 1409 South Grant Street, and the cart is near a No Parking sign just south of 1412 South Grant, the house just north of the Hillside/Grant intersection. The parking area/curb near the sidewalk in the 1418/1416 S Palmer Avenue area is completely washed out, making it difficult to park.
Hello - as of 9:30 PM on May 31st, there's a very large tree limb that appears to have come down during today's storm that is completely covering the sidewalk and some of the street at the corner of Hillside and Palmer. I tried to move it but it's too large for one person. Thanks!
