There was a pothole here - on Smith Road, by one of the Meadowpark Apts entrances. And it appears it was repaired and they left a rectangular hole in the street? Is that permanent? It's still a jolt to drive over. We usually swerve a bit to avoid. Thank you!

Pothole in right lane (East side), right before the entrance to Meadowpark Apartments. It may be a maintenance hole cover where the asphalt has worn away around the edges. Thank you!!
