There are deep potholes forming in the center of the bypass, between 17th and 45/46 to the IU stadium.

Near the top of the small hill where Rogers peaks between 2nd and 3rd there are three or four potholes that will pop a tire -- they got really bad, really fast, and they are not just annoying but a danger.
Moved into this location in January and this pothole was already there and seems to have gotten bigger since the heavy snow event. Pothole at the end of the driveway.
