A handicapped patient has reported tree limbs/downed trees ON/blocking the sidewalk between the apartment complexes, Stratum and the Woods, making the sidewalk impassable. Could it please be cleared? Thank you

There is a partially downed tree on a narrow strip of grass between the street and the sidewalk. This narrow strip of grass is city property (not the homeowners). Most of the downed tree is on the strip of grass and the adjacent sidewalk. We are asking if the city can remove this partially downed tree.
