There is a big piece of steel rebar sticking out of the sidewalk near the eastern entrance to 2427 E 2nd Street. It's become a safety issue for cars and pedestrian as many kids walk through there to get to the elementary school. Unsure if since it's an IU office if it's IU property? At the corner of Rogers St and Graham Dr a push button for yellow blinking lights does not work. It is on the south-west corner of the intersection.

W. Graham Drive and S. Rogers has a lot of gravel in the intersection on the west side of the intersection. This is a dangerous place for gravel as people are trying to come on and off Rogers and are using the multi-use path there.
