West Sixth Street between Maple and Adams.....street conditions are horrendous; needs to be totally resurfaced or something that will make it more driveable and safer for bikers, pedestrians and others
The cul-de-sac of E. Berkshire Court has chronic breakup problems. The area pictured was patched two years ago, but has broken up even worse. The pavement in all of Berkshire Court is not in good condition, but the cul-de-sac roundabout is really bad.

There are bad potholes on East 17th Street by 45 and 46 by North Jordan and other bad potholes by 13th Street by Fess and Indiana Street
