On the SB lanes of Sare there are large potholes and washed out road sections. To avoid them people cross into oncoming traffic.

The painted lines along 1200-1400 S. Dunn Street need to be repainted, as they are no longer visible, resulting in people parking haphazardly and blocking spaces.

Leaves and trash clutter North Adams Street near the Indiana Railroad Tressel. The leaves on West 8th Street are a safety hazard.

There is a street light at the corner of E 1st Street and Eagleson Ave. It appears to have been hit hard by a vehicle. The pole is damaged, and the pole is leaning over. Please have someone correct this problem.

I live at 1327 S. Sheridan Drive. Earlier this a week a large orange "Road Construction Ahead" sign was place in front of my house, very close to our driveway. THe construction has been finished and the two same kind of signs a block down from my house have been removed. But not the sign in front in my house. Both roads running through the Fields complex are in a very rough state. East Covenanter and Fenbrook. Both are rough along their entire length.

Park Ridge neighborhood - We need the street dept. to re-stencil all of the traffic calming symbols and stripes on all the speed bumps. Also, all posts with safety reflectors need to be inspected. Some missing altogether as well as many round reflectors missing. Please follow up - we would appreciate it! Weather is perfect for such work!
