The bike lanes and sharrows on 3rd St near campus have peeled off the pavement and need to be repainted.

These heaps of gravel can be found on E. Second, going towards the wooden foot bridge. I have no idea where they come from. However, next time there is a good downpour they will most likely be washed down the hill to the drain at the intersection of Eastside and the church parking lot, causing the intersection to flood. The public alley North of 517 S. Lincoln running East to West has several LARGE potholes and is washing away. I almost busted a tire there today. This is a very dangerous situation, Please take a look at it as soon as possible. Thank you.

From July 18 previous report the rut is now about 15 feet long and very deep. There are three more deep ruts further down the alley. We need the alley paved if possible. 1115 E. 1st St. Three more photos following.
