There used to be a no parking sign on the west side of Grant Street on the block just north of Hillside, but it isn't there anymore. The residents all park on the east side of the street except for some new tenants who don't know about this convention. The extra cars on the west side of the street make the street narrow enough that it would be impassable to fire trucks (and probably even the sanitation trucks).

Someone needs to fix this before the street collapses. The utilities company says there’s a stream under ground that is bubbling to the surface. Additional background: there was a water main break about 6-10 feet from this location about 6 months ago and there was no indication there was a river running underground.

Road was torn up during repairs to water line over the winter. Has not been resurfaced. Hazardous because cars drive on wrong side of street to avoid non-paved areas.

Hello, I noticed this weekend that someone has abandoned a shopping cart across from my house. I live at 1409 South Grant Street, and the cart is near a No Parking sign just south of 1412 South Grant, the house just north of the Hillside/Grant intersection.
