There is a missing access cover in the sidewalk on W 7th between College and Morton streets just about at the NE corner of the parking garage with the "Fruit" art hanging from it. This would be a real ankle turner if you stepped in it. Thanks!

When biking south on Rogers and turning right (west) onto 6th street, the road is so torn up that it's impossible to safely turn onto 6th without making a wide turn and coming to an almost complete stop. Both of which are very unsafe given how fast cars drive behind me.

Potholes near NE corner of 4th & Rogers. ALSO-please check grassy area in front of 521 W. Kirkwood--the grassy area between the sidewalk & the street. There are several sinkholes a few feet west of the bus stop sign. It's a tripping hazard. Thanks.
