Very large pothole on the south side of Third Street (right lane). I ran right into it this morning and it flattend my tire, may have ruined my alignment and wheel and nearly caused an accident. This neeeds to be repaired today before someone gets hurt. Please let me know how I may request the City reimburse me for my damages short of filing a lawsuit. Thank you.
Sidewalk in front of 717 n Washington is rapidly deteriorating with large chunks of concrete breaking free and ending up in the road. The resulting holes seem like significant tripping hazards.
We need new sidewalks!!
Large potholes on 11th street at Washington. Caused a scooter rider to crash as I witnessed.
Broken glass all over the sidewalk for months. No attempt to clean it up for people to walk safely in front of house.

I do not know if the washed out gravel is present at this time, but I do know it is a recurring issue when there is a good gully wash rain. There is a similar issue at the intersection of S. Cory lane and W. Bloomfield rd. as well. If one is exiting Cory and if you were to attempt to go straight across instead of onto Bloomfield rd. there is a private driveway that is gravel. The problem is they do not attempt to contain their gravel drive and I find myself having to either shovel or push broom back their loose gravel back into their driveway to keep it from working its way into the road way. The streetlight on the west side of S Swain near 717 is out. This is between University and the dead end of Swain
Streets around the old hospital have been neglected in snow plowing. There are elderly residents who live in the area and an ambulance has been called in at least one instance with the snow. Residents would like the streets to be clear of snow.
The alley that runs between East University and 2nd Street that is closer to Fess Avenue has a few large pot holes. A neighbor told me that the city will come and fill them. I don't know if this is the right department but if not would you please re-direct it?
