Recently I found out that a house was sold next door to my sisters home at 700 Parkway South i Bloominton. This home is being 7sed as a half way house. It is in a resendental neighborhood. What is the rules concerning having such an establishment next door?

Tree of Heaven in back yard adjacent to path. More than 2 dozen starts and popping up IN the path.
Normally I wouldn't complain, but music is so loud over at the frats on N Eagleson Ave and Jordan Ave (near Sigma Alpha Epsilon) that it is literally vibrating my windows and making things in my apartment fall over which is all the way over on Union street.
It would be great if the diagonal parking spots on S Madison St (200 block near city hall) could be re-striped. Also, some parking spots have numbers, but there are no corresponding numbers on the meters. As someone who parks here daily and works on this block, I can attest that many people have difficulty understanding which meters correspond to which parking spots. Just today I paid the wrong meter! Thanks!

Contractors removed 2 hr parking sign on 200 W 11th, just west of Station 11 apts. The sign needs to be put back up so we can enforce the area.
