There's a strip of pavement in the right lane of eastbound 3rd Street between approx. Walnut & Lincoln or Washington (can't remember specifically) that's a little rougher than the rest of the pavement. It's been like that forever, no big deal, but it's starting to deteriorate and develop potholes.

Vegetation in trees from this property are hanging over N. Walnut St. so when you try to exit from East Gilbert Drive, you cannot possibly see the traffic to the north. Needs to be cut back
Sidewalk & Curb Complaints

Northeast corner on alleyway next to First United Methodist Church on Washington between Kirkwood and 4th Streets. This broken-up pavement makes coming off this sidewalk onto the alleyway fairly dangerous if you're in a wheelchair.

4th Street trail between Roosevelt and Bryan is overgrown and difficult to walk on path due to overgrowth.

There are dozens of potholes -- some several inches deep and more than a foot wide -- on this street. If you turn onto Williamsburg from East Third Street and head north, you will see them in front of Arby's and also as you continue heading north until you reach the area between Best Buy and Barnes and Noble.
