Big pot holes, surprised the city hasn’t seen this already. Travel down Lincoln from Allen to 2nd street and it’ll look like the supply route during the Iraq war in 2005-2006.

There is a missing street sign at the intersection of Kirkwood and ? Possibly Grant St.
There is an uneven sidewalk plank in front of the corner bench at that intersection.
While sitting there during the festival we watched nearly every passerby trip on that elevated sidewalk edge.

The dead end part of E Maxwell Lane that extends East from the intersection with High St. has not been plowed at all since the snow.

The sign for "South Drive" at the intersection with Walnut has been hanging down, a bit askew, for a while. The sign is on the southwest side of the intersection, on the west side of the street light structure. You can still read it, but it is not properly attached.
