Dangerous!! On Atwater east of Henderson.

Driving east on 2nd street. Cross over 37. The straight lane to continue east on 2nd where the turn is to take 37 north. The right side, south side, green light bulb appeared burnt out today around 5:45pm.
Summerwood Court Cul-de-sac off Azalea. Asphalt has started crumbling and is breaking up. This circle is a major "turnaround" for vehicles and gets a lot of traffic, which exacerbates the problem. If the City of Bloomington could do some repairs, it might offset the need for a major repair in the spring.
THANK YOU Dana Workman! I sent in a UReport this week about our crumbling cul-de-sac. Report was assigned to Dana. The cul-de-sac has already had lots of fresh asphalt put down to help keep it from further deterioration. Again, Thank you, Dana.
Bushes, trees, brush needs trimmed on west side of 900 block S Morton St. Vegetation is protruding into street presenting a hazard.
Lights within Gentry Estates Subdivision at the following two locations are not staying on (They come on, fade low, go out, and eventually come back on and then repeat the same problem over and over again.): 1. Duncaster Ct. at Gentry Blvd. 2. Whitley Dr. at Maria Ct. For safety reasons, please fix asap. Thank you.
The sidewalk in front of our house has many cracks. Some of the places it is cracked are raised up a few inches which can cause tripping. In addition, we have pipes that run under our sidewalk and out to the street to connect to the main sewer. The clay pipe that runs under the sidewalk has roots growing into it. In order to replace the pipe we need to take out the sidewalk. We are hoping that since the sidewalk needs replacing anyway, the city could let us know when the sidewalk will be torn up and replaced so we can have our plumber ready to replace the pipe while the sidewalk is up. Thank you for staying in communication with us about when the sidewalk will be replaced with a safer one.
There are at least 5 street lights out on West 2nd Street between Twin Lakes and Hwy. 37 ramp and at least two street lights out on Basswood Drive. These light skin have been out for over a month. A complaint was filed 3 weeks ago with Duke Energy with no repair. There are school bus pick-ups and city bus pick-ups in this area and people are waiting in the dark. The city spent lo5/ of money putting in a pathway in this area and a large portion is in the dark. Perhaps you can get Duke Energy to fix thes lights.
Caller was headed westbound on Old 37 and was attempting to turn left onto N. Walnut St. and the light did not change. The light was not changing in response to cars headed west, but would change when a car approached heading east.
