Smith Avenue bike lane filled with gravel; between Walnut and Washington. Most of the gravel is near the Smith/Washington intersection. It looks like the gravel is constantly washing out from the adjacent gravel parking lot.

Street light on corner of Carnaby east and Westminster is out
Three of my coworkers and I go to work at 6am and we get stuck waiting for the left arrow turn light on Patterson and 2nd to turn green. It takes almost 2 minutes before it will turn green.
There is a pothole on westbound 2nd St before Paterson.

The street light just north of the roundabout on weatherstone is still out. It is on weatherstone, at the corner of the drive for resident parking, just north of the roundabout.

On the bike path from Weatherstone to Davis, there is poison ivy growing across the path near the top of the steep part on the right side as you are going up the hill. This path needs to be wide enough for two bikes to pass. That's an especially bad place for poison ivy because it's right where someone might give up making it all the way up and need to step off the bike.
