By the stop sign at 9th and Maple, across the whole street of Maple there is a large chunk of road missing. It needs to be filled in, I drive over it every day as do lots of other people, as Maple is the only through street from Kirkwood to the park/the back way to 11th. (meaning there are no roundabouts.) Missing crosswalk sign on Rogers at B-Line Trail crossing (the sign about yielding). Where did it go?

Brick sidewalk on Kirkwood Ave (s side) in front of Z& C sushi. Many bricks stick up enough to trip over, which I did tonight.

There is a broken pipe jutting out from the road that is missing its cover, and the exposed section of pipe has a jagged edge that could possibly puncture a vehicle's tire.
There is pothole the side of 18th St near Grant St that is about a foot wide.
There is gravel on East Allen Street especially at the intersections of Palmer, Dunn and Grant. It's on those cross streets and extends into Allen. Allen is a designated bicycle boulevard and avoiding this gravel forces bicyclists to ride toward the middle of the street.
There is no street sign at this location and wondering if this can be remediated. Thanks, Marle
