HUGE pothole in front of our house, this is a highly trafficked area especially for walking, worried about people stepping in the hole and getting hurt!

Not sure if this is a City light or not because it's not at a main intersection, but it looks like one. Whatever the case, it's burned out. It's the one on the SW corner of the intersection of the west alley (there are two alleys in this block) and Cottage Grove.

entire geranium lane is covered in large pothols and now water is standing in multiple areas

The light is cycling through WITHOUT turning green. The green arrow happens, but never turns green on the main lights. Seems to happen in the morning. It’s been happening for at least several days. Causing MASSIVE delays to cars.

A hole has developed in front of our mailbox and the edge of the street seems to be sinking into the hole.

The speed bumps on Allen St are broken. There are bolts sticking out of the road. Never-ending cars driving over them. The kids on scooters are going to wipe out when they hit the bolts. They were damaged when the snow plows came through. Fix this! Now!
