The street light between 1114 & 1116 W Kirkwood Ave. is blinking off and on all night. There is a small tree growing in the same location, which might be causing the unstable lighting.

We recently had a city crew working on the sidewalk hazards, as shown in the photo. Although the work has not yet been completed, we’ve identified another issue — the section of the sidewalk connected to the driveway has sunken, which was not the case before. Each time we drive in or out, the car experiences strong vibrations. I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you.
There are people at this location repeatedly burning things in the backyard that create toxic fumes in the neighborhood. The fire department has been called numeroud times to put out the fires, sometimes twice in the same day. Recently, it smelled like they were burning human excrement.
