The crosswalk at this intersection is not cycling to "pedestrian walk", despite having the buttons being pressed. This started happening 3 days ago before construction started in the area. At the right of the entrance to the Blue Ridge neighborhood and behind the fence of 2843 N Blue Ridge Slopes is an area im trying to identify who the responsible party is for maintenance. Is this area supposed to be maintained by the resident, or the city. There are some trees that have fallen and the trunks are now on the ground, as well as brush that could be trimmed back. The BRNA does contract for the mowing of the lawn in this front parkway.

The dip in the road on E. Rogers Rd just west of the Sare round about is getting deeper. School buses are braking hard before going over this low spot.

the road is just terrible in this spot, there are potholes across both sides of road some of which have been sort of patched. But the entire section is very rough and unavoidable.
