The street light in front of my neighbors house in front of 422 E University is intermittent. It turns itself off at random times and then comes back on a few minutes later. This problem has persisted for several months. I tried reporting this online to Duke Energy, but their online tool doesn't show a street light on this block, so I'm hoping you can find out who takes care of this light and forward the information to the appropriate people. I had previously put in a request for this pot hole and received an email that it had been fixed. I went today and it has not been fixed. This was case #165718.

Large pot hole in alley next to 414 S Henderson street. It is the alley that runs North to South. I have pictures of other potholes in the area as well that I couldn't attach. Please contact me for additional photos.

I had previously reported these potholes, but the ticket had been closed out and stated it was completed and 18 holes were filled. This pothole and a few others are still there. The pothole pictured is the biggest and deepest of all of them and poses a threat to cars. After the initial potholes were filled I counted and only 9 holes were filled. I do not know if they intend to come back and fill these holes, but I thought I would bring it to your attention that they were not all taken care of. I do understand that when it is raining they cannot be filled and it needs to be a nice day! I would just hate for any of our employees or tenants to damage their car from this hole. Hopefully this can be resolved soon, weather permitting. Thanks.
