The curb and gutter and completely eroded and causing a serious trip or injury hazard needs repaired and/or replaced ASAP before one of my kids or parents are injured

A portion of the street on Eagleson Avenue has sunk, making a dangerous unavoidable pit and bump for bicyclists and cars. Also, the pavement has worn away on Eagleson in the northbound lane on the north and south sides of the Third-Eagleson intersection. The northbound lane on the south side of the intersection is literally sinking to the east.
