Massive hole just east of the SPEA mid block crosswalk in the WB Lane. This has been there for almost a week. I don't know how people aren't popping their tires on this one. Wow.

Today around 2:00 PM, the railroad signal was on, but the signal for eastbound traffic on 10th street never switched to green. Westbound traffic on 10th St got the green light and traffic turning left from eastbound 10th St got a green light, but traffic going straight east on 10th St never got a green light. I had to turn left onto the bypass to get out of there. Others just went through the red light.
