Complained of a series of potholes at the end of his driveway and rough patches down the street outside of residence at 2728 E. Brigs Bend. He wanted to emphasize that this area has been patched nearly every year for the past 5 years, and the patching crumbles and is worn away within weeks. Tree limbs are low enough to brush car hoods, more so in rain. Not sure if it's a city or homeowner responsibility.
this is an alley, but it is not used for cars -- it's grassed over. but people still walk through it a lot, and several large limbs from a tree are now blocking it. anyway, this is not an emergency situation at all, but it would be great to get the limbs removed. maybe one of the homeowners should do this, but they have been there for several weeks now.
