I received a concern/complaint from Monroe County citizen Margaret Clements at mclements6@yahoo.com expressing concerns about ADA accessibility for the intersection of 1st Street and Walnut Street (quadrant unknown). The speed bumps on Allen St are broken. There are bolts sticking out of the road. Never-ending cars driving over them. The kids on scooters are going to wipe out when they hit the bolts. They were damaged when the snow plows came through. Fix this! Now!
