The timer on the left turn signal to turn east onto Tapp road at the intersection of Tapp and 37 is malfunctioning. The length of time that the turn light is green is only allowing four cars per cycle to turn left. This is causing a backup greater than the length of the turn lane resulting in a traffic hazard.
There's been an abandoned Sidewalk Closed sign sitting on the sidewalk at S. Highland and E. Winslow for over a month.

Serious erosion of retaining wall supports of multi-use path at south east corner of intersection. The retaining wall erected to support the new-ish multi-use path shows significant signs of erosion, as the gravel piled on the path-side of the blocks used to traverse the creek/ditch under the path has washed away in multiple places, and the drainage holes in the large concrete blocks are now exposed. During the huge deluge in 2020, the block's in this area literally shifted. I suspect that another big deluge could shift them further, and collapse parts of the path. In the northbound lane of High Street just north of Meadowbluff Ct up through Wimbleton, there are three decent-sized potholes that would likely get worse over the winter. I'm a bit surprised that the crew working on the biking/walking path didn't fix these. Last seen on 13Oct21.

The left turn signal come on for those heading south on high, even when no cars are in the turn lane. North bound High street traffic is then delayed every time. In the morning, it can take 2-3 light cycles to get though because the north bound traffic is delayed in error.
The left turn signal for south bound traffic on high st always comes on, even when there are no cars in the turn lane. This delays the north bound high st traffic, especially in the morning when it may take 3 light cycles because this malfunction.
