Caller stated there is a problem with the light at Patterson and rogers. If you are on S. Rogers street heading south, the light will stay red for multiple cycles. Caller sat there yesterday while all other directions went through 4 cycles and the south bound light stayed red, not helping with the traffic congestion on rogers.
Traffic on Patterson crossing Rogers is backed up. The East/West light has always been too long, but with Tapp closed, it is even worse. North/South traffic could have a longer green without interrupting other lights.
The pedestrian crossing signal on the northwest corner of S. Rogers and W. Patterson is not operative.
The speed limit sign is loose the bolt has come out. This is located next to the mail boxes closest to Paper Birch Court.
Southbound on Rogers at Grimes. Light doesn't seem to give a green light for southbound traffic unless there is someone in the left turn lane to turn West on Grimes.

There is pothole on on W. 2nd Street half way between S. Patterson Dr and S. Walker St. The pothole is in west bound lane.
Sidewalk along North side of East Rogers still overgrown with vegetation, including poison ivy. This has been a problem all summer long at this point. I've been reporting this regularly for close to 3 months now. Seems like more of an issue now with school kids walking this way to Childs Elementary.
Debris in roundabout at 17 and Arlington. Shopping cart, car tire, etc blocking the sidewalk on W-NW side.
