A large tree has fallen across about 2/3 of the street leading into the cul de sac. It's been there all day so it appears no one is doing anything about it.

Very uneven pavement in an intersection, hard to see at night, dangerous
potholes that are getting larger on E. Thornton - not far from corner of Maxwell & Thornton. also - enlarging potholes at the corner Thornton/Maxwell
There is a large pothole on the south side of E. Thornton Dr. Just east of the intersection with Maxwell St.
Can something be done about the two further and further subsiding closures of the recent water-main break repair at Third and College Mall Rd?
It looks like someone drove over the warning sign that was at the pedestrian island to warn motorists that there is a pedestrian island. The sign is still there, but flat on its back.
Grocery cart on side walk
Since opening 10th Street after the construction I have seen two people drive into the on coming traffic lane because of lack of marking and a cluttered area due to construction still in progress. The most resent one I just witnessed almost caused an accident. With the addition of the median on 10th Street and the view on the Bypass being blocked by construction barrels this needs to be more clearly marked or someone could get hurt due to lack of signage or direction.
Water stands after it rains. It is usually quite a bit there and fairly deep.
At this and other intersections along the bypass, there is not sufficient signage for cyclists and pedestrians using the sidepath. The "walk" sign only turns on when you press the button, instead of automatically turning on with the green light. And because of the insufficient signage, drivers seem unaware that there is a side path, and frequently block bike/pedestrian traffic and make dangerous turns into people entering the crosswalks.
