Pot Holes from entrance of Wendy's Way to Hanks Crossing. There about 12 - 13 of them. Pot Holes on S.Endwright Rd. from previous fillings in front of Clear Note Church to W. Gifford Road (and over railroad track).
Big pot hole in the road near my driveway everyone keeps hitting it bouncing rocks onto my vehicle in my driveway
the road is falling apart at the sides, where there is over a foot of crumbling asphalt
The asphalt is deteriorating where it meets the end of the driveway. The gutter area is also full of road debrief which will soon wash into the storm drain 50 feet away.

Massive amount of pot holes that are unavoidable if there is oncoming traffic from Belle Ave to highland park. Both directions are in horrible shape.

Just one more note on the streets in the Stonechase neighborhood, the mail delivery person was sliding across the street and having a very difficult time pulling up to and pulling away from mailboxes.
There is a large pothole on the road that continues to retain water after it gets wet. There is mud that collects in the area and creates problems.
