Good mornning. While I have made reports in the past, no contact or response was ever received so I started fixing the issue myself. As you can see in the photo, I am having an issue with street erosion an you can see the area I have personally repaired out of pocket. The road is to the point now where it is crumbling apart more rapidly and causing pot holes and trip hazarda. I even have an area that a fiber optic crew crushed part of the road and have never been back to fix it. The area of concern spans approx. 35-40 feet. The crush walk ramps and intersection at College Mall Road and Covenanter Drive is filled with dry, gravel, and debris.

Heading east or west on 2nd street/bloominfield rd. The intersection at Adams is really out of hand. East and west always has a red light which builds up traffic while adams north and south rarely has a single car pass. In fact this weekend there was traffic light induced traffic all the way backed up to the seminary square kroger. An abumlance was trying to pass and it could not pass. This needs to be fixed asap for public safety. In addition the light at patterson and 2nd heading east and west is always missed timed with the light at adams. When adams goes green heading east, patterson goes red. Please please help or at least respond via email and give a reason as to why these are so poorly timed.

Heading east on Third Street, there is a lane divider near the Big Red Liquor followed by a double yellow line however on MANY occasions cars try to turn left there which not only stops traffic but has the risk of accidents for people getting around them. I've seen yellow virtical 'posts' that are used to inhibit turning and wonder if that might be a solution.
