Signal at 2800 S Buick Cadillac Dr & 800 S College Mall Rd needs to be RE-PROGRAMMED. I've waited early mornings on College Mall Rd for nearly a minute or more for absolutely no traffic on Buick Cadillac. Even during daylight traffic stopped in College Mall Rd seems too long waiting for no traffic exiting out of Buick Cadillac or the Apts on west side.
1 of the 2 traffic lights on 3rd & Kingston is out. (this is headed east on 3rd street) It lit up for yellow and red, but not for green.
Intersection is 4 way stop, stop sign in front of LIGHT blue house on sw corner is down and in their yard by the street
Mike Morris (917-538-5927) called about a tree that fell on the multi-use path handrail on Rogers, just east of High. He mentioned it happened months ago and wanted to know when it will be repaired.
3 potholes: on High Street near the intersection with E Second, near the church sign, close to the sidewalk; in the 500 block of Woodscrest across from the Mallor and Grodner building; E Second Street, between Woodscrest and College Mall Rd across from the red, wavy wall.

I am wondering why Olcott was left in this condition while repaving recently. This seems to be a good way for water to collect and even freeze if we get colder weather. Is there a plan to smooth this out? Could I also request that the end of Olcott/ Moores Pike gets a look. Already there has been Ice pools at the crease from paving. It’s a dangerous situation if a car cannot stop when ice forms there. Thank you Sharon
