The regular speed sign is covering up the children at play sign and has for over a year despite the fact that you recurbed the street and repaved it. You can't just stand the speed limit 25 mph up. It falls back over to where you see it in this picture. Please fix

signal at smith and walnut (just north of seminary square) used to operate in some sort of recall mode, but this week has not been. as a cyclist i dont seem to have any way to activate the signal. i'm typically eastbound here and stopping in the middle of the bike rectangle there doesnt seem to have any effect. i have been running the red, which is unideal. thanks!
Large sinkhole forming in roadway on Kinser Pike. Large vehicles are slamming over this and may cause accidents trying to avoid this.
Lots of grit at this corner along with a pothole. It makes it dangerous for cyclists, easy to skid and go down. It's been like this for a long time. Please sweep up grit and fill hole?
Multiple potholes on country club drive between rock port and rogers street
Between 4pm and 6pm traffic is usually backed up on Smith rd. If there was a left turn signal for however long or adjust the green on Smith rd an extra 20 seconds could also help during those time frame.
Multiple potholes on S Madison, between Watson and Graham, especially in front of 2603. Also, turning right onto S rogers, coming from Graham, there is a big hole as well.

Metal cylinder blocking gas meter was recently knocked over by a car and has never been replaced / repaired.
