Tent city growing by the day with illegal activity happening in the parking lot behind all the tents

I live in Maple Heights next to the naturescape (approximately at the intersection of Rogers and 13th st). Crews were working here for weeks replacing an electricity pole and they left a bunch of trash and debris in the naturescape, including wooden pallets and a broken tent.
