Hello there van blocking bus lane so other buses can’t get though
Downtown Bloomington transit station bathroom does not have ADA compliant toilet paper dispenser. It's too far away from toilet. And accessible entrance automatic doors on outside of the building are not working.
Apparently the diesel - electric buses enter into a "regeneration" cycle under idle to somehow clean out the soot particulates in the diesel exhaust system. Hot exhaust burns out the soot, right? It stinks all to high hel** and fills the cabin with what smells like CO - filled exhaust. I fear being asphixiated while waiting for the warm bus to begin it's route. I open a couple of windows everytime I board. Is this an exhaust leak, or is pumping hot regenerative soot exhaust gases including CO into the cabin, er.. normal? This smells awful and scares me everytime I ride a bus in these conditions. Please provide proof this is not a danger or remedy this nasty smelling problem.
I get that Orange Julius Caesar is cutting DOT budgets because buses are socialism and scary to Macho Men, but can we scrape a few dollars together to buy a couple of cans of Flex Seal (tm) to fix the leaking roofs of the BT buses? The leaking water onto the seats are an embarrassment given what I pay in taxes. We can do better. See pic.

Trash bin is broken off of the bus shelter mount and is overflowing with trash. It has been like this for a couple of weeks.
Trash at the bus stop across from Crawford House on Henderson where unhoused people hang out is overflowing
This is not a concern just a question- how do you decide where to put bus shelters? I live near Walmart and see there is a bus shelter near walmart on the Leonard Springs side but no shelter at the stop in front of Walmart on the 2 nd st side. Just curious as to how bus shelter locations are decided.

First Street, between College and Rogers, is completely open and has been for weeks. Why is the #2 route (southbound) not using it? The detour is no longer needed.
