I need my service restored
Hello, I want my service at 623 W Smith Ave Bloomington In 47403 restored today effective sharp!!!
Turn water on!! Property is being sold.
Water has been shut off because of large outstanding balance. This is a rental property and the landlord refuses to address the situation and tenant is left without water. The large outstanding balance is due to a water line break.
My water bill seems higher than usual. Is there a way to check if I have a leak or issue with my meter?
It seems like there are two account numbers on my address. I have been paying my bills every month consistently. Your system accumulates the same amount of payments for two different accounts. The online system prompted me to pay the same bills for two different accounts. I checked every single month of my current account and all is paid. There are two transactions that are paid one is 169.24 and 84.62 that needs to be disputed immediately. I called the bloomington utilities many times but I can't receive any response. Can you please guide me how to remove one of these accounts so this will not happen in the future? Once again I paid my bills on time consistently and I have an evidence of it. Sincerely, Sophia
Re: 4784 S Abington Ave Acct: 89652-002 Please look at water bills for Dec, Jan, Feb. There was a broken water meter that resulted in an extreme excess of charge to my account. The water meter has since been fixed. However, since this was out of my control and I had no bearing in the broken water meter, nor its repair, I am hoping there can be some concession on my utility account. Our water usage volume has almost tripled in Jan, Feb and Mar of 2023 compared to Oct, Nov and Dec of 2022.From about 11K gallons to around 33K gallons per month. Something does not seem right. I believe our facilities manager did have a plumbing company look to see if they could find any issue but I don't believe they did. Can someone take a look at this issue? I was a few days late making my April payment. My account still does not reflect the payment I made on 5/5.
