There is a water valve cover that has water coming out of the cover and running down the side walk - not a large qty but enough to run down the sidewalk and create a trail. Intersection of S. High Street and E. Arden Drive. North/East corner 10' up sidewalk North. It does seem that early morning 5a-5:30a it is always running down the sidewalk but by mid morning the water has dissipated. Walkway that runs west off of the end of Homestead Drive onto IU health office property. There is a drainage cover just off thenorth of the middle of the walkway, and it is regularly completely covered up, which causes flooding of the entire area, including into the IU health parking lot as well as the east end property owner of Homestead Drive. Can someone look into why this is constantly blocked as well as cleaning up the sidewalk which is currently completely covered with debris.
There is some kind of water leak in the yard of the building on the corner of grant and Kirkwood. A new handicap spot was just given to the parking there, but water continuously flows down the sidewalk, which means that it turns to Ice in the winter. Not a great place to walk - especially if you are handicapped.
After the rain there appears to be a sinkhole/washout and collapsed sidewalk at the marked location, corner of robins bow and E Winston St.
water meter cover (??) missing on sidewalk on the west side of college, just north of the train bridge (about a block south of 14th st). trip hazard. not sure if it was removed for construction or what but it's been gone for about a month. thanks!
Constant water source seeming to come up from the road or sidewalk on the southeast corner of Bainbridge and Allendale.
Once again the storm sewer drains in front of my house and across the street are clogged with debris. I do my share of keeping the drains free, but I think it is also incumbent upon the City of do its share. Keep in mind that it is now yet the season when falling leaves block drains and before the area between the street and sidewalk are dug up again to have more broadband fiber laid.

SE corner of lot just west of alley and close to the sidewalk there is a medium-sized, water-meter pit that is uncovered. Lid is not around, apparently. Dangerous trip hazard at night, and animals could fall in.
Thank you for recently covering an open utility hole in this area by the alley. We noticed another one this morning a bit west of that one. It is also between Fess and Park on Cottage Grove. This one is approximately half-way between Fess and the alley between and parallel to Fess and Park, about 8 feet north of the sidewalk on the north side of Cottage Grove. It is smaller than the last one, maybe 6-8 inches, and looks quite old, unused, and slightly crooked. Maybe just fill it with dirt (?)
