There was a utility project in the Spicewood subdivision over the winter. The streets through the neighborhood have been severely damaged. I looked on the city paving schedule and did not see a project listed to fix the damage that was caused by the project. Is the city coming back to fix the roads? It's huge eyesore and really poor patching jobs for the damage that was done.

Driveway was cut to access water leak and gravel was placed in the trench. It has sunk in to the point that I cannot access my garage. The driveway needs to be appropriately repaired. There was no issue with the line running to my house. This is urgent as I have mobility issues and need to park inside my garage.

NB: Depending on where exactly you click on the map, the address that comes up is sometimes *incorrectly* listed as "414 E. Cottage Grove", but that is wrong. The *correct* address is 450 E. Cottage Grove. Hole is by the street closest to the SW corner of the lot.

Cbu replaced 3 hydrants during main replacement. These areas need to be replanted . Additionally during one replacement irrigation damage resulted in a $400 charge for repair. We request reimbursement
