There is water running down the side of the road along the street. It appears to be a leak next to the street as the grass in the area is very soggy looking.

Across Brownridge from our house (3743 E Brownridge) and “the pond” there is a depression in the road/gutter where water is bubbling up from. Drainage ditch across street is so full of leaves & tree branches, the ditch is filling up with standing water when it rains. There's no water flowing wherever it's supposed to flow.

The odor of raw sewage is especially strong throughout this area close to Lower Cascades and the baseball fields. I live just north of this area, so am regularly driving or biking through. While the odor has consistently been present over the years, it has been especially strong and consistent in recent weeks/months. I am not certain of the exact source, but I have concerns there is leaking sewage pipe or some other source of exposed sewage. Thank you for any efforts to identify and/or remedy this issue!

There is a low hanging branch that is hitting one of our school buses near the three way stop.

Last week there was a water main issue on N Kinser Pike very close to the entrance of Upper Cascades Park. There is a deep cut made in the pavement as you are driving N that will make you get new tires and an alignment. The signage is good but that doesn't go far enough. THE HOLE NEEDS ABOUT 4 INCHES OF FILLER AND SMOOTHED. THANKS. I'd say we could bury some evidence in it..but I'm not sure that's a good idea. Because I live next to Cascades Golf Course and many, many people drive that portion of Kinser Pike please HURRY UP..
