There is a crack in the culvert under I-69. It was made by welding a coiled plate of steel into a pipe, but one of the welds is broken/missing. This is causing soil near the broken weld to wash into the pipe. if left unchecked, it could create a cavity around the pipe and sinkhole under I-69. Sidewalk piece has began to rise up and protruding out of the ground 2 to 3 inches. With there being no bike lane I’m riding my transportation apparatus on the sidewalk.
