It looks like a water main has ruptured near University and Eagleson. Thousands of gallons of muddy water are streaming down Eagleson Ave.

There is a small (6-8") utility access hole on Indiana Avenue that is missing a cover. The rim looks broken, and it is a trip hazard for pedestrians, bicycles, and scooters. It is located inline with the large baywindow on the west facade of Franklin Hall, and proximate to two other utility holes that have intact covers.
