http://www.communitiestakeroot.com/plant/index#leaders It looks like this is connected with Parks and Rec. I wonder if it is possible to advertise it on the City web site. The orchard doesn't have many votes, but it seems like it would be very easy to catch up. best, Cynthia

I would like to use Open311 to provide metrics and heat-maps for issues across Bloomington.
I can no longer access the Elm Heights historic walking tour. I found other brochures. Below is the url for the Prospect Hill tour. Would you please send me the pdf and/or post it on the website? https://bloomington.in.gov/sites/default/files/2017-05/prospect_hill_brochure.pdf
Hello! Addresses entered into myBloomington are not coming up with historic designation information. It was difficult for me to find the information about my address, and the only reason I knew to dig was because I happen to have increased knowledge about the HPC and how some of that works. If I didn't know those things, I would never know my house was on the survey. When I finally did find the survey, it's difficult to look through because it's organized by neighborhood, then "scattered sites," not by street address (and it's just a pdf of a list). Luckily I know how to search and could find my address, but again, that's special knowledge that I don't think every user should be expected to have. Please fix this! Thanks!
Some feedback for your web team: I find the city website generally to be clear, helpful, and easy to use. However, the lack of topic-specific contact information for city staff is frustrating. I don't like talking on the phone. I'd rather have things in writing. I would just like to know whom to email. But I have to guess. This--combined with weird, low-information job titles ("Rental Specialist 1," "Rental Specialist 2," "Program Manager"--those have no meaning to me as the customer of city services!) makes it frustrating to know whom to contact. Why not just make a directory that tells what important topics are in people's individual responsibilities and areas of expertise?
This web page is not working: https://bloomington.in.gov/boards/deertaskforce I get the following error message: The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later. Other web pages about urban deer seems to be working fine.
