On the "Stardust" overpass on Adams Street between W 7th St and Fountain someone has graffitied in huge letters that "XXXX is a Pedophile". (I can't remember the persons name but there is a name).

I want to know when will the City help or force those that put Graffiti on the Korean War Monuments clean up off the Graffiti .
